Reservation and Payment Policies

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Reservations

Desert Sky Pet Care  is a “reservation in advance” service. While I  will make every effort to meet  emergency and last minute needs, I cannot ensure “on-call” service consistently. Please make your reservation as far in advance as possible.

Drop off and pick up is by appointment only. Please be considerate of my time as I am of yours. If you are going to be late please let me know as soon as you know. Calling, texting, emailing is fine. Repeat late pick up or drop off will result in a $15.00 per 1/2 hour fee at my discretion. I am here for you when I say I will be. Please give me the same courtesy. If I have not heard from you and your appointment time has passed I will continue to care for your pet and go about my business as needed.   You will be charged for the extra time  upon pickup.

Request for services  will require a deposit of 50%.You have 24 hours to cancel the reservation. No deposits will be refunded after that time. The deposit may brought to the initial consultation but it must be paid to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance is due when you drop your pet off or at the time of my first visit to your home. Existing clients may bring payment in full, no deposit required when you drop off your dog. I accept major credit cards,cash,checks and Paypal.
Payment for pet final services is a deposit of 50% and the balance due when the service is concluded.
HOLIDAYS: All HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellations

Change of service dates,early returns or cancellations require prior notice. If I  do not answer the phone, please leave a detailed message stating your service change request. E-mail or text notification is also acceptable. There are no deposit refunds after 24 hours of making the reservation.

For any changes in services, early returns or cancellations with less than 24 hour notification client will be charged in full for that day’s service.

HOLIDAYS:
I do not charge extra for services during holidays. It is the nature of the business to work holidays. Please be aware that they are very busy times and I cannot accommodate last minute cancellations. Your reserved spot means someone else has been told no.

Please make reservations as early as your plans permit

Please inform Desert Sky Pet Care  of your cancellation as soon as possible.

All Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s bookings are non-refundable regardless of the notice given for cancellation.

New clients must pay a 50% deposit prior to the start of service in order to confirm the pet care. Existing clients may pay in full at drop off. It is always okay to pay in advance.  If you forget to bring cash or a check at drop off payment can be made through PayPal or credit card.

There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.

If you have difficulty making your payment, please contact Desert Sky Pet Care  and I  will arrange a payment plan with you.
