Desert Sky Pet Care is a reservation service. I tailor services to client needs whenever possible but unless prior arrangements are made 24 hours in advance   drop off and pick up hours are between  8 am and 7 pm.

The weekday mid afternoon hours are reserved for out of  the home drop in visits and personal errands. This ensures the bulk of my time is spent at home caring for your pets. I do not answer or return phone calls/texts/emails after 8 pm or before 9 am unless your pet is in my care and you have an emergency. General welfare checks on how your pet is doing will be answered during these hours.

Drop off and pick up is by appointment only. Please be considerate of my time as I am of yours. If you are going to be late please let me know as soon as you know. Calling, texting, emailing is fine. Repeat late pick up or drop off will result in a $15.00 per 1/2 hour fee at my discretion. I am here for you when I say I will be. Please give me the same courtesy.
